北京阜成大厦位于北京市西二环外，原有建筑在上一轮改造中已经由市场转变成办公建筑功能，现因使用需求调整将改建筑改造为企业总部办公。本设计通过模块化和组团化的工作空间布局为企业总部的各部门提供高效率办公空间；通过共享空间的分布组织来促进各个部门不同团队之间的交往与协作，增强个人和团队的创造力；并基于场地条件和空间资源，通过南北两侧加建阳台的方式将绿色和自然引入办公空间内部。
Beijing Fucheng office building is located at the west 2nd ring, the original building had been transformed to an office building on the previous renovation, and the building is now being renovated to a headquarter for an real-estate company.
The idea of modular and cluster have been introduced into this project, and generate a workspace layout which helps to increase the efficiency for each department; the sharing space is also used to encourage the cooperation between each team and enhance the creativity of the individuals; further more, the natural and green space brought by the added balcony, also introduce the ecological environment from outside of the site to inside of the building.
